Oddly you cannot win the progressive by lining up the five wilds on the free spins but there is a reason for this.

The bomb symbols are scattered but they must appear aligned right to left. Considering there are 50 lines you might not really call them scatters as you will almost always get them on a pay line. Still getting three four or five activates the free spin bonus.

You always win 7 free spins when you hit the feature but the amount of scatters you trigger the bonus with can really have a big effect on the outcome. This is due to the fact that getting four scatters to start the bonus you get additional wilds as the bombs act as wilds. Get five scatters and the bombs and the santa symbols become wilds.
